"World's Slimmest" Monitor From BenQ

BenQ has announced the launch of the "World’s slimmest LED Monitor" (which actually means LED backlit LCD monitor, but you get the gist) expanding their LED offering with the launch of 3 new V Series models spanning HD to Full HD, 18.5”W to 24”W, bringing the company’s total LED lineup to 8 models. It's got 14mm and 15mm rated as the  respective thickness, also each model has extreme energy efficiency, and dynamic contrast ratio of 10M:1.


BenQ’s  V Series offers multiple models across three size categories:

    * 18.5” W - V920
    * 21.5” W - V2220H
    * 24.0” W - V2420H 

All V displays have the latest in LED backlighting technology with BenQ advancements. The V Series is further set apart by proprietary Senseye Human Vision Technology, which has six preset modes: Game, Movie, sRGB, Standard, Photo, and Eco (ideal in darker settings, saving up to 65.6%^ energy consumption without compromising visuals).
 
DVI and D-Sub equip all models while HDMI 1.3 and headphone jack are available on models designated with an “H”. Recently recognized by international design authorities with the iF 2010 award, the high-gloss svelte form of the V Series looks great for any lifestyle.

The BenQ V series is available as per the following details -18.5”W (V920, MSRP Rs 8999), 21.5”W (V2220H, MSRP Rs 14999), and 24”W (V2420H, MSRP Rs18,900).
